“The Springs” has 2 downstairs bedrooms, 1 upstairs bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. The primary upstairs bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a King-sized bed, a spacious desk, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, private balcony and a 55″ Plasma TV.
Bedroom 1 is our kid-friendly bedroom, with twin XL bunk beds that can also accommodate adult guests. Our lil’ library has books for kids of all ages that want to relax and read in between their fun outdoor activities. We also have a toy closet for kids that love to play and imagine, and a 30″ Plasma TV for our guests that want to indulge in their favorite shows.
Bedroom 2 is also on the downstairs level. It has a spacious Queen-sized bed, closet, dresser, blackout curtains, ceiling fan and a space heater.
Our home has small children-friendly amenities, such as a Pack N’ Play with sheets, a booster chair, a stepstool in the downstairs bathroom and a portable child toilet seat.
For our coffee lovers, we have a Keurig coffee maker. Coffee pods are provided along with sugar and sugar substitutes. We also have a coffee grinder, for those that want to bring their favorite gourmet coffee beans and a traditional drip coffee maker with a built-in filter.
